OBAMA'S NOBEL PRIZE UNCONSTITUTIONAL???

One would think that President Obama being a Con-Law Prof. would know whether his acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize would run afoul of the US Constitution. Apparently the President is forbidden from accepting an "emolument" (prize/title) from a foreign government, and the Nobel falls into this category. Part of me says that this is just another display of the haters trying to "shine block" the President, and the other half of me says that the law is the law.

In the end I say fly on over to Norway and accept this prestigious honor on behalf of all of us that believe that war is not the answer.
